Chief Diversity Officer and Director of Office Identity, Culture, and Inclusion
Randolph College in Lynchburg, VA, invites applications for the position of Chief Diversity Officer and Director of Office Identity, Culture, and Inclusion. This position reports to the President of Randolph College and serves as a campus leader on issues of inclusion, equity, social justice, and diversity. The director oversees an office that seeks to affirm the unique identities of people while building a community that strengthens itself from these identities and cultivates leaders who will integrate the value of human diversity to the world. Represented in the office are services and support for students of color, international students, LGBTQ+ students, first-generation students, and spiritual life.
Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree required in student personnel, higher education administration, counseling, cultural studies, or related field and four to six years of progressive experience in Student Affairs Administration.
